Where are you based?
We are proudly based in sunny Queensland, Australia. All orders are packed and dispatched from here.
Please note: We do not have a physical store, Kutty Pavada is an online-only business.
Do you ship all over Australia?
Yes, we currently ship Australia-wide.
Who pays for the shipping costs?
The buyer pays for shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected option.
What are the shipping options and costs?
Standard Shipping: $9 (2–5 business days)
Express Shipping: From $15 (2–3 business days)
Signature on Delivery: Optional, additional $2.95
How soon will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days - often even faster!
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not at this time. All orders are shipped from Queensland.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes - we offer free shipping on orders over $150.
We also occasionally run limited-time free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our Instagram and website updates.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within Australia.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
Photo proof is required, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
Once your parcel is with Australia Post, we are not liable for any delays, loss, or damage. However, we’re happy to assist in lodging a claim or helping you resolve the issue if something goes wrong.
How do I check sizing before I order?
Each product listing includes a detailed size chart. If you're unsure about sizing, just message us on Instagram or email - we're here to help.
Are all items ready to ship?
Yes, unless otherwise mentioned in the product description. Most items are stocked in Queensland and ready for immediate dispatch.
Do you take custom or preorder requests?
We open preorders for special occasions like Onam & Diwali
